All Naturalex products are manufactured in the European Union under strict guidelines established by our Research & Development department and AIDIMA Technology Institute, the European governing body for furniture manufacturing.

The mattresses are compressed, vacuum sealed, and neatly rolled into a sturdy box for different reasons : they are less cumbersome than traditional mattresses, so you can easily maneuver them into your home without relying on expensive delivery companies. This process will not affect its quality, this technique is a popular growing trend and is now regularly used for shipping high quality memory foam mattresses.

No, it is really as simple as opening the box, unwrapping the mattress in the space you want to keep it e.g. your bedroom, roll it out onto your bed base and watch the magic unfold! You will be amazed at how quickly your new mattress comes to life and decompresses itself back to its original shape.

Your mattress will be ready for snoozing immediately after you take it out of the box. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours to expand fully.

Our mattresses are manufactured and packed according to strict guidelines. However memory foam can have a plastic-like smell when compressed and vacuum packed. This odour is normal and usually disappears after a couple of hours, once you have unwrapped it from the box.

We recommend slatted bed bases. The firmer, the better so as to avoid any reshaping of the mattress.

The Naturalex tag is located on the winter side of the mattress. The summer side features a thin 3D mesh fabric.

Simply orient the mattress so that the label is at the foot of the bed.

Memory foam is known for accumulating heat, that is why it is more beneficial to use it on the winter side of the mattress. If you really want to enjoy memory foam on both sides, we recommend the AURA mattress.
